I used to think you build in private and reveal the finished thing later. That plan never worked for me, so I stopped using it.

Filing an LLC felt like a big official move. The real reason behind it was a lot smaller and a lot more personal.

I never expected a phone store to be the best product school I would ever get. It turned out to be exactly that.
